Upon becoming empty nesters, we made the decision to downsize and build our third custom home. As our prior builder was no longer available, we saw many newly built homes and evaluated the quality of the work and the innovative vision of numerous builders. We made a very satisfying decision by having Mark Ste. Marie build our final home. He took pride in his work and expected the same from his subcontractors. Even more to his credit, he was exceptional at responding to those inevitable issues that arise after you make the finished house your home.
